Does anyone remember Nintendo's biggest flop ever?

The Virtual Boy! Seriously, this thing was the biggest friggin' joke console I've ever seen. In fact I can't believe Nintendo actually thought this thing would sell. I remember seeing it for the first time, I was so put off by the look of it alone I didn't care to even try it out, one quick glance through the eye shades and I was ready to sell all of my Nintendo stock.

Who remembers this garbage?

I remember reading about it in one of my Amiga mags back in the mid 90's.

The funniest thing I remember was actually thinking what fun could be had with that rubber eye-shield and a bottle of black ink -> 8-(
