Yep, I noticed it in my first match... Plus, in that same match I also killed someone at the same time he killed me. But that was not in Blackout, but in regular MP. So MP servers are also downgraded. I felt it right from the start, because everyone was shooting WAY too quickly, meaning they were around a corner before my game updated it, leading to my death, when in every older CoD, I would've had the upperhand.This is a dig at Black Ops 4 for sure with there 20hz servers
But I disagree Mark. Players will definitely notice a difference between the 20hz and 60hz. That's the whole reason it got brought up in the first place
