What problems are you having mate? I tested out some of the Ballistix modules, but it was on an Intel board - so i'm not sure if i'll be much help.

I used to run with 2 sticks at 1:1, 11*242 at DR400 2.5,3,3,8 1T.

Up graded to 4GB (for vista) I can still run with the same setting (now 2T) but sometime will reboot and then fine.

Most of my memory settings are left on auto, I think that my problem lies that I am running 4 sticks forcing it to run at DR400 may be I need to drop down to DR333 with 4 sticks

DFI claims it can take 4GB, It work fine with 2GB

It does not BSOD's, it starts to load XP and then it gets to a point and then reboots and reloads OK.

It only happens sometime, maybe it picking up a wrong setting when booting.

The DFI can take 4gb of RAM, but Windows XP cannot take 4gb RAM - it takes below 4gb

Which is why I suspect it fdoes not load sometimes

You are correct in windows I see only 3GB, I purchase the extra RAM to use with vista 64 when release.

I try remove one stick to see if that helps

Probably worth removing 2 sticks and running them still in dual channel

If this does not work it's deffo worth testing one stick at a time with memtest86+ to see if one is perhaps faulty

Thanks you are correct I should test 2 sticks at a time.

when I get home tonight I start memory testing with each set

All working fine, just for the recorded.

In the end I dropped the memory to DDR 333 as I am using 4 *1GB (as sticks maybe DS), left memory to run at 2.5,3,3,8 2T and then changed CPU to run at 10*266, increased a few volts to chip set.
