Developer reveals Unreal Engine 5.5 FPS boost with custom benchmark

Dev creates Unreal Engine 5.5 benchmarking tool - Almost 20% faster than the Unreal Engine 5.4 version.​

That's quite a jump in performance. Reading the 5.5 release notes I'd guess the RT optimizations and RHI parallelization improvements are the reason this benchmark performs better.

Soon enough mid range cards will be able to handle full RT at 60fps.
