You can twist anything to make it sound true and align with your opinion. But doesn't mean it is a fact or your opinion is true. If you read my post, you would know I already said no game currently uses it to its full potential. The ones that are, are under development, and we don't know about. Again, you further proved my point that people are impatient and results should be instantaneous. DX11 wasn't great at launch, but over time it and drivers grew leaps and bounds. Why can't DX12 have that same time for development? You think because it is newer it should work better? Look at many DX11 games out there now being released. Many of them have terrible performance, and this is an extremely mature API and has just as mature drivers. Yet the new DX12 is all of a sudden under scrutiny simply because it's "new"? No. That's not how development works. It's called "develop" for a reason. R&D takes time. Can't argue that, it's a fact, and SPS has said this before(I'm paraphrasing) in a different thread if you'd like to argue with him, I certainly don't! It's this R&D that allows Devs to get more efficient coding done with DX12. But again, takes time.
Now don't think I am blindly defending DX12. I'm not, I'd love just as virtually perfect performance and improved graphics as the next PC junkie. However that doesn't mean I understand what is actually going on and I'm not trashing it simply because it's new.
