Yes! It's quite a lot of game for your money and the push to 600 light is so worth it and "Bows" the bows are ace!
It was the raid that turned me away from the game. It was so outrageously easy to bug the boss fights and clear it with ease on hard mode that I wondered whats the point...
I don't like the raids in D2, to much like playing Tomb Raider.
I much prefer the Vault Of Glass, Crota's End and King's Fall from Destiny 1.
The good thing is that with D2 you don't need to do the raid's to get to max power so you don't have to do them if you don't want.
Aren't the best exotics raid based though? or require raiding to complete certain steps?
I know the new fusion rifle is supposed to be raid exclusive and I believe the catalyst for Sleeper is locked behind the raid.
The Shotgun from the first raid in D2, cannot remember the name is locked behind it but to be honest although I could get it since I did the raid, I have not completed it yet as I don't really want it.
The weapons I want are from Escalation Protocol which I just need to grind out when I can be bothered.
Some of the raid weapons are good, but I honestly don't find myself thinking I need to do the raid to get weapon x, I just use what I have and keep an eye out for stuff that is good that doesn't involve the raid.
If I manage to eventually get the raids done then yeah I will be glad to have the weapons but they are not important to me.

That is a very good point I keep forgetting about that.
