Desktop icons keep moving after restart

Hey guys I am running windows 7 64bit and I am having an issue.

Everytime I restart my pc my desktop icons move. Its very annoying. I have tried a few things that has been suggested on google but nothing worked so far. I have also done a full virus scan with avast and malwarebytes and nothing.

Any ideas how to stop this happening would be appreciated.

are graphics drivers installed properly? they usually get scrambled and move when new drivers are installed so windows might be messing with them, make sure that you hide them if they're in the windows update section and update them manually.

I usually do uninstall using nvidias uninstaller and then use driver sweeper before installing the new one. I will reinstall and see if it helps.
