6ms response time on an 8k monitor is actually pretty good if I am honest.
Wonder what the input lag would be though since it needs 2xDP cables to run.

It only needs one, as DP 1.4 offers 4x the bandwidth of DP 1.2.

DP 1.2 is enough for 4K 60Hz, so DP 1.4 is enough for 8K 60Hz.
