Defective welding on metal plate of cpu kit 478

My mach II ST under warranty since december 2004 has since yesterday a defective welding on the metal plate of the cpukit 478. One of two screws remained inside.

I have bought this unit from coolpire.at (Austria) and Now, i'm living from Paris and the french distributor watercooling.fr do no want to give me a RMA and do not take in charge for a replacement of the metal plate.

Please, help me. It would be great if i have just a new metal plate for replacement, so that, i do not have to ship the whole prommy back to Austria.

Before welding, you have to adjust (position) precisely (millimeter) the offending piece on the metal plate. And manually, it's very hazardous to do so...
