Yeah it does look a little large, I use cl_crosshairscale 3000. Thanks Jim :worship: I love the HDR screenshot too Kemp. HDR can be a bit funny at times, I haven't found the effect at all problematic with CS:S, but I remember a few spots in FarCry that looked a little unrealistic (typical I 'spose, due to it's relative infancy). All in all though it's sweet

Yeah 3000 is what i use too. Makes it almost like a laser dot..nice and easy to point at heads

Sorry to go a little offtopic here, but what colour do you keep the crosshair at XMS? Is yours kept on white all the time Kemp or dependant on the map?

I keep mine at light blue, as i find that suitable for most maps. However, i'm toying with the idea of turning the crosshair off, and using a cd pen to make a dot on the screen.

This way i can easily shoot with the awp/scout unzoomed, and size/colour wont be an issue.

Sweet, a permanent marker would be cool!!! When you wanna remove it a little methylated spirits will do the trick. You still use a CRT right Jim? I dunno how the marker would go coming off the front of your Dell though Kemp, prolly wise leaving it be

Yeah glass screen ftw!

I've used the marker trick in the past for a laugh, and one of those screen wipes took it straight off

i use to use a peice of masking tape and just stick it in the middle for sniping, but mine is set to like cl_crosshairsize 5000 its like a dot.
