i7 on uATX? Asus can barely get it on an ATX bord, let alone uATX!
I think you should have to look for a little less options. uATX only has four PCI slots by specification, so 2 cards would cover all your available slots. Besides, those SLi/Crossfire controlleres take up precious space.
The dutch Tweakers.net pricewatch (products and prices index) only returns two motherboards when I say I want a 775 uATX mobo with ddr3. One of them is ASrock (bweuh) and the other the XFX nForce 630i (MG-63MI-7159). I haven't got a clue on 45nm compatibility.
