DDR-800 or DDR-1066 ??

Hi

I'm buying a new pc (asembel by myself) I al ready have all bit except the RAM memory and PROCESOOR. I have ASUS-P5K-E WIFI-AP motherboardt and now I have to decide wich RAM and procesoor I buy. In my minde I think about INTEL Q6600 prosecsoor and as the RAM mem i can't decide between DDR-800 and DDR-1066. so witch ram mem suld I buy?? and what mean's CL4-4-4-15??? and wath is beter CL4-4-4-15 or CL5-5-5-18 ??

PS. I did read on internet that DDR1066 that the recomended Kingston Hyper X ram don't work god but GEIL work's god. I'm going to buy 4GB ram that I know.

4-4-4-15 is better than 5-5-5-18, but 1066 @ 5-5-5-18 will out perform 800 @ 4-4-4-15 as far as I know.

Will you be overclocking your cpu?

yes, I think i'll overclok my cpu later wen i konw my system beter and if i wil wanth some extra speed

Go for the 1066Mhz Ram and then tighten the timings yourself.
