Just a quick question to anyone that can help. Does it matter on the radiator which way round the input and output goes. For example my pump goes into inlet 1 and outlet 2 goes into my cpu block, could i reverse this ? ..

Reason being its proving quite awkward without bending the tubing.

Nope well ive never known it to matter ever since i started watercooling my systems years ago, but when it was labbeled i had to double check to be certain.
