Cyberpunk 2077 will be a first-person RPG

Speaking of Gwent though I really hope Cyberpunk has a similar mini game within it. Or at least a few different ones. I think that would be fun.

If they made Gwent in 2 days for the Witcher 3 as a side project that was done on the programmer(s) own time I am sure they can definitely spare time for it in Cyberpunk considering how popular Gwent is/was.
