The fact that reviewers have copies - the fact they're preview copies is irrelevant in my view - right now tells me two things: 1. It will get leaked like TLOU2 did. 2. This is so those reviewers can hype the game even further to generate more sales.

I mean does it matter? Cdpr is releasing stuff on the 25th so it's not like they will spoil much
I'm sure their copies have a time limit of availability.
