ok so this is my build log

specs are

i7 920 @4Ghz,Tt frio, asus p6t deluxe, 6GB G-skill PiSeries, CM HAF X, corsair AX750w, Kingston 64GB SSDNow V-Series, 1TB raid 0,ASUS 5770, LG W2286L, G15, CM storm inferno

i stll need to buy

a HAF X

2x EVGA GTX460 SLi

new CPU cooler (possibly water cooling)

2-4 red CCFLs

so that is it am trying my hardest to get a red and black colour scheme as much as i can but being 17 my funds dont allow it

O you dident get the dh14 you need to stand by for a telling off via Tom LOL.

looks quite nice fella,how is that SSD alot of people are going for them
 
nope ram is to tall for it

installs windows and boots to it with good speed so i like it

San An was the best one IMO. Well, Vice was better but San An was really lovely to look at

Everything. lmao.

It's what the Americans call 'Hoopty'. That phrase has also been used in skateboarding and BMXing. It means something isn't quite right.. Basically that board has a really odd bios. It also has many brick walls that you will need to reinvent yourself to overcome.

And at the end of the day it's all grief for what is nothing more than a nice looking (but incredibly fiddly) motherboard that costs way too much.

Just remember man, a good board starts at the bios. If the bios sucks then it doesn't matter how nice the rest is.

BTW. Been looking over your build again. You have a good eye for art man. I love how you've used that cooler with the red lines to accent the case lines.

OK sorry mate.. Stay off the HAF, stay away from EVGA cards (get the cheapest ones you can with a decent cooler on, don't pay a premium for a sticker)
 
as long as i can get 4.0GHz on it i am happy

one thing you will get to know about me is that i dont settle with a PC until everything i want is in it

eg i want a HAF X but buy a 690II i will sell that 690II within 2 months to get a HAF X so it will be cheaper for me to get a HAF X

same with GPUs and motherboards

though with motherboards i am looking for a red and black version which research ended with the rampage 3 series or the EVGA classified boards

did want a rampage 3 formula but that isnt coming to Europe

It's just like chasing the dragon. You will keep sticking your arms out but just as you're about to grab the little git he will run off into the woods saying "chase me, chase me".

Still, not that it's a bad addiction of course. It's better than going out and getting drunk and causing a disturbance or getting smacked out of your brains, and you will learn a lot. Brain food is good
