CPU Voltage at Idle/Load (i5 2500K)

Hey everyone, hopefully you can help me.

Basically, I've set my overclock to 4.5GHz at 1.304V, yet when the processor clocks back down to 1.6GHz, the voltage stays at 1.304V. Is there anyway I can get the voltage to go down at 1.6GHz?

I'm using the Asus P8P67 Pro, i5 2500K.

If you set they voltage to manual it will stay at those volts, it's nothing to worry about though those volts are well within safe limits. You should disable speedstep though so you are running at a constant 4.5ghz.
