CPU Temps

Just noticed these temp irregularities on everest for my quad. Is this normal or does my heat sink need adjusted ?

Do all temps change when you put your CPU under load with for example Prime95? What cpu do you have?

Yeah the temps all go up in prime95 but there is still a difference between the 2 core pairs, by about 7-8 C. it's a Q6600 at stock

Hmm then it isn't a stuck sensor.

I'd try a cooler remount with decent thermal paste if you haven't used so already. Which cooler are you using?

I'm using a Freezer Xtreme with mx2 paste. When I first got the cooler I threw the plastic pins as far away as I could and secured the mounting bracket with an old 775 back plate from my old Alpine 7. Also, the screws that are supplied for holding the cooler to the bracket were too short so I replaced them as well.

(when I say too short, u could use them but for a piece of kit that weighs more than half a kilo, u want some added security !)
