I am getting WC so i am using the stock for the time being at stock voltage ans speed and it gets to 61C on stock cooler 43 idle this is not good is it?

what cpu have you got ? if it's intel, it's ok, if amd, you better get your wc quick, but it should do fine for now

Profile says its an AMDx6 1090T, so that's quite high. You can always clean your case with compressed air, particularly the cooler, and get rid of the dust. If you have any.

That is high for a AMD!

Refit your heatsink and tidy up any cables for airflow, also you need some ventilation (recommended) even @stock..overclocked get a better cooler and make sure case is adequately vented at leas 2 120mm fans front and back..
