CPU issue

Hi i just setup the new bulldozer cpu ye i know i prefer Intel but at the time my i5 broke and could not afford the Intel at moment so went for the bulldozer anyhow, the issue is when i am running the system every so often it freezes and start making a weird noise then its fine, any suggestions on the issue, i narrowed it down it could be a cooling issue or my RAM

what kind of noise??? what are ur temps??? ram should only cause a noise if its not seated right and the mobo doesnt pass post check it'll beep at you lol. but it never hurts to check seating of things.

First i would reset all setting to default in the BIOS, then check the temps of the CPU and memory. Make sure you are not overloading the system and to do this go to the task manager and it should show you how much CPU and Mem you are using.
