Cpu fan always on max...

A few days ago i've bought Xigmatek gaia SD1283 and noticed that fan (PWM) is constantly running at ~1500rpm. Cool 'n quiet doesn't help. I hate that noise coming out of pc, and don't know what to do :/

Specs:

B55 3.4ghz

MSI 870-C45

HD6870

Cheap 2x2gb 1333mhz ram kit.
 
You probably can set the cpu fan to silent-turbo-performance in bios. You usually find it under hardware monitor(if i remember correctly). Im not used to msi MB's but it might come with some sort of software that can udjest the cpu speed. Asus have the fan expert for example.
 
Yup I agree. I'm pretty sure if you needed control from your motherboard, you could try looking at the temperature/fan control section. There may be a few options where you can choose between having the fan speed determined by voltage, system temperature, etc...
