Hi all thought i would do a fun build,most of the parts will be old bits from other builds.
No funds at the mo so it will be a slow build as and when i get spare pennies.
It wont be to every ones taste but its just for fun
Just the frame will be used.

My place of work.

Drive bays gone

Bottom rails will be kept.

Some old stuff i found in my box of tricks

Im hoping the plates i have will fit the block for my board.
A nice grill for the top

I have started on some of the panels.

Rear panel has a Bits grill and a Lian li PSU holder,just a bit more tidy looking me thinks.

Inside and front panel done ish,just needs a bit more fileing here and there

Aquero on the bottom and Res at the front,stuck in a few bits to see if it will be ok.

Not brilliant but its just for fun.
Now the fun bits,spikes will be used and some handles for the top.

Thats it at the mo till i get some more pennies,again its just a fun build

How will the top radiator be fed air if the front is sealed?

Hi Tom thinking of sticking a fan above the Res,that might help ?
Or put a couple of of fans and a grill on the front and the Res on the back panel,

I think youll ruin your idea for the front being clean and one fan wouldnt really feed enough in tbh

He could incorporate a spacer and have the front perform like the front of a 900D where the clean plate is offset from the case allowing air to flow in from the fans behind it.

No,

Take a look at the 900D. The front plate s clean but removable, behind it there is a filter and fans.

When the plate is in place, the air flows in from the side of the plate where there is a recess.

A descent ish 360 Rad Neg

Did a bit more to my fun build,still a bit more touching up to do.
Covered two panels in black brushed vinyl,not brill but looks ok.
Handles spikes Res and Grill went on to.

Nothing posh just having a bit of fun.

Could i use two Res,s as i was thinking of filling the gap above the window with an Aquatube ?

Decided to change the front panel,wanted another AC grill same as the top but a 240 one.
I did find one but it was in Poland,with post it was over £30 so i thought nah not paying that.
I got a Bitspower one instead.

Did a bit to the inside,found my old Skull Grill so i thought i would whack it on plus it hides the fugly stuff.

Next to do is to cover the rest of the panels ive done in vinyl.
