Corsair's MP700 PCIe 5.0 SSD is now available in the UK through Scan

I've had such bad experiences with corsair's SSDs...

They even managed to get a friend of mine a defective SSD (supposedly brand new) three times in a row! Like it would be unstable, would just keep crashing (I guess that's the best word I have to describe it), but basically as soon as we tried to hit it with any kind of sustained load like installing windows to it, it would just drop out and crash the installation and the motherboard would not recognize it anymore, requiring it to cool down or be reseated so it would come back, otherwise it would just be recognized normally on the system and we could writ things to it normally as long as it wasn't a large file or it would just do the same and cause BSOD, they've supposedly replaced the SSD twice before i advised him to just give up and ask them for his money back, then he bough an XPG SSD and have been using it since with no problems.

And that's not the only instance of issues I've had with their SSDs as I've personally had one that worked great for a few years but failed rather quickly compared to other SSDs I have, sadly, since I bought it in the US I didn't have warranty for it.

I've never had any problems with any Corsair M.2 SSDs.

If you buy an MP700 you need to ensure you have a heatsink or heatsink with fan. I am using a 3rd party heatsink I obtained it through Aliexpress that it works very well.
