Corsair hx850 watts problem

My pc spec AMD1090t-asus C5F_1703bios-sphire7770vprox-6gbram-x2 1tb WDgreencaver x3 140mm fans

5 days Ago i buy new HX850w for OC i i try to oc my CPU but no stable,on only!!!3.7ghz i:huh: instantly i see on bios violtage monitor isee +12v output only 11.944 ?? i cant dispointed this iagain restart but same on UP,DOWN voltage i start windows i see this i puzzled i try all posible trys like*(low loltage no OC CPU,with small GF610,1hdd,all ect disconnected i try all :( plse hellp me ther is pic....

11.944 is normal. It's within measurement uncertainty limits.
Please refer to one of the many overclocking guides on the internet, the 11.944V your +12 rail delivers is within norms.
 
Take software and bios reading of voltage with a grain of salt because they are not too accurate. If you want to see the real voltage you need to use a multimeter.
 
but i cant stable on 3.8ghz 1.43v is no high with fsb219 2667HT,NB my older PSu is stable on it it only 450w it normal psu :mellow: 1 minut plse i am Good oc guy but i dont know this problem because ther is no good enginers in fucking india BUt thk :) to share you IDEa

I'm not saying there isn't a problem, but it won't be that your 12V rail appears to be slightly below average. But I have to say, that I don't have any experience overclocking AMD processors via FSB clock...

Also 11.994V is fine, assuming it is the true value, the limit for the ATX spec is 11.4V or a 5% tolerance.
