cooling reqiurements pump and rad

would a pump doing 8.7L/min plus 3 4x120mm rads be enough to cool south bridge, north bridge, 12 slots of ram, 2 cpus and, 3 graphics cards?

or should a better pump be used closer to 22L/min id like to use a pump res and controller combo for ease rather than having to fit more in my case

also would be cheaper. im planning to use OD16mm i think for hose fairly thick for the look i want not sure that matters.

I think you may need to run more than one loop. Thats a grip of hardware.
