Converting .flac audio files into .mp3

Wondering if anyone could recommend me a program for converting .flac audio files into .mp3, preferably with as little loss to the quality as possible?

Had a quick google search and i can't see anything that looks like the thing i am looking for so i thought i'd try my luck here, if anyone has experience with these things?

I've just downloaded that program and it immediately popped my anti virus when i tried installing it, i had this problem with a few of them.

Yeah sorry i should have explained, obviously ideally i'd want them in .flac, but my AV receiver dosn't like the files, also it's a big difference in file size, i was hoping to get away without ruining the quality too much.

Thanks, this was exactly the thing i was looking for, i have quite alot of them to convert. I had to first download the "lame" dll file, (here if anyone's interested: http://lame.buanzo.org/#lamewindl), but after i got that, it was fine.

Thank you, this is exactly what i was looking for. I had to download the "lame" dll to covert to MP3, but it works just fine.

Easy CD Audio Converter (Used to be known as Easy CD DA Converter), it is the best converter for audio files I have ever used, and possibly worth a try for you as there is a free version and a paid version of it.
