What can you recommend for a microphone (can be mic only or headset) that is good quality and a decent price?

I've used these for many years, although I broke them, well my son broke them as he tore the cup off >.<. Got them from Argos in 2007, lasted until 2010, great quality @ vent and nobody had a problem understanding me.

I have a regular Logitech one. It's pretty cheap, but the sound quality is very good. I usually use it for Skype Calls.

If you are not going to be gaming often or don't really want to use voice in games, a desktop mic like the one yassarikhan786 has looks quite reasonable.
