The smallest that I know of is a 1/2 hp by Hitachi, but I cannot find anywhere to buy it, and I am going to disagree with Nol and say that for a certain hp they are queiter than reciprocations and definetly rotaries.
They are very efficient, they are used in most high effieciancy airconditioners. No one really knows if they are good for our type of units as they have never tried them, I don't see any problems though.
my teacher told me today that the networking club would refund me up to $100 for a compressor :worship:, anybody know where i could get a good recicale compreser for >$100? i have been searching ebay but they seem to be freash out inless i could use a R134a compressor and just put R22 in it?
