Has anyone ever used comeuro.net before or heard anything good/bad about them? Looking to get a set of 1200mhz g.skill ripjaws from them as there the same price as 4gb kits of 1066 elsewere but as ive never heard of them im a bit skeptical about buying a set as i have no credit card only a debit card.

EDIT: To avoid any more confusion like below, its because ive never heard of the company before and i like to make my first purchase or 2 from places that are new to me via credit card because on the off chance that i have any problems (never happend yet) i will be able to claim my money back through the bank if it all goes to hell.

I ment ive not orderd from them due to only having a debit card and not a credit card because it would be harder/not possable?? to claim my money back on the slim off chance i get f'd over, NOT because it says i HAVE to use a debit card. (Edited first post to try avoid any more confusion)

Yeah, you get insurance with a credit card. And I think you can cancel a payment too.

I realy would like the ram so im going to take the dive and and see if my parents would be willing to do the payment on there CC at some point.

this is not a uK based company and if it is ... It is braking all the laws under the sun for info.

Allso read the Terms and Cons

They don't hold much stock and if you order some thing and its out of stock they have 14 days to score you another and if they cannot scrounge it they will send you you money back after 7 days ... thats 21 days to be told they don't have it in stock ... !!!!!!!

2.2If after acceptance of your order we discover within 14 days of such acceptance that all of the goods are unavailable, we may terminate the contract and refund or re-credit you within 7 working days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for those goods. In these circumstances, we will inform you as soon as possible.

in fact i was going to show you loads of problems with there T&C's but think you should just read them you self mate. I wouldn't use them....

I wouldnt order off there just due to the fact it loads extremely slow and not even based in the UK (in fact where are they based...)

its not worth it

plus you get charged import fees if an item is over £100!! i got stabbed for £35 when an item came from the us which was valued at £130!!

it's based in Germany and, that would be custom charges I got a big $£85 on one of my first imports when didn't know about charges.

Avoid at all costs ever using this outfit. Will take your money and invite you to email (never reply) Phone them wait 20 minutes while they tell you you are first in the que and get a £5 call charged to you You will get through to a switch board who will not put you through to anyone They will promise to call you back But Christmas comes before this is ever likely to happen.

Last resort to get your money back is down to your credit card company
