I just somehow prefer it when the lights are red for me it just looks better but i guess its a personal thing

I've heard numerous reviews about beating gtx 580's by a reasonable margin, my mate just bought a rog gtx 580 he's gonna be pissed XD

Hehehe. I've seen that too. Bear in mind though, at higher resolutions the 580 would beat the 460's by quite a margin.

according the numerous reviews ive been reading- at around 5000x1200 the 2x1Gb 460s beat the 3 gb 580 by about 3 or 4 fps. It's not much, but that's also at near stock speeds, mine will be at 1 GHz

That can't be right!!! Do you have links to the reviews?

According to the AnandTech Bench on some games the 460 sli has the 580 beat by 5 - 8 frames, but on others the 580 destroys the 460 sli.

Sorry, I can't get links to the reviews, they were yesterday and i just cleaned my pc because of the user pic issue, but i apologise, I was mistaken- it was the 1.5Gb gtx 580

also the link you sent me, the gtx 460's are only running at 675MHz/1350MHz/900MHz. Mine are at 1238 Mhz core so I think there may be a slight difference XD

Could you please tell me what lights you used in this build? They look like LED lights attached around the case? Did you buy them from the UK, and do they come in varying colors?

shame your not sitting next to the pc! the air coming out the back is freezing XD
