Cod4 Weird

i have been having real problems playing cod 4 heres my rig

AMD athlon 64x2 Dual

Core Processor 6400 +

3.25GHz 3.25 GB of RAM

nvidia 768 xfx 8800gtx

i dont understand i can get between 150-300 fps yet the game is so jumpy even with everything on low , i really dont understand ??

any suggestions would be helpfull thx

Enter these commands just in case:

/com_maxfps 125 or 250

/cl_maxpackets 63 (if at 125 fps its better hit register)

/r_picmip 3 (most servers allow)

/cg_brass 0

/snaps 30

Hope it works let me know if not add me xfire death1angel and i'll try and help some more. You can also try downloading a config from dignitas website or something, or tek9.
