I lost my rank/level in COD4 and i forgot to back up, this sucks!

Iv been looking around for the level cheat but i cant seem to find a version that works (on vista) ideas?

There is a way of getting back to level 55 - google is your friend.

i tried google, but no help with vista

it works fine with vista. You have to change the file extension which is only possible when you have enabled the file extensions to be shown. When you download the mpdata file it will appear as a .txt file in vista...just delete the .txt bit and you're good to go . I don't see this as a 'hack' per say, it just enables everyone to play on an even field.
