Buy it and send it back if it breaks

It doesn't really depend on the brand when it comes to graphics cards, only the specific model

It's because it has a custom cooler on it, sometimes they can be pure crap in terms of noise and cooling etc

Looks fine to me mate, a 550Ti wouldn't need anything better than that. Go for it

They look good, but customer service aren't so great via email...

The only reason i would not go with them is because of there reputation, not that it's bad or anything just that they don't much have one in comparison to, EVGA, XFX, ASUS, and so on.
