Apart from the obvious looks and difference in cooling, are there any main differences between brands. Or will a MSI be indentical in performance to a Palit, Nvidia, Asus, Evga etc??
why not a 560Ti? there's a pretty big jump from the 550Ti to the 560Ti and i don't believe a huge amount more in terms of cost. Someone correct me if i'm wrong.
I've looked into it, but i dont require a high end gaming gpu, it will be used for the odd gaming but the rest of the time it'll just be video editing and such like. Between the 550 and 560 i think theres about £40
yeh quite a bit, although a 560 is cheaper but still an improvement from a 550ti. They dont do a standard 500 but is treated as the replacement to the GTS 450. Might need to change my PSU if i upgrade, currently budgetted for a 600W
