Chiller Weekend - It hit

Well I finally got a lot of parts in (thanks echow) along with my dt200 (thanks echow again). I set up in my workshop and really didnt feal like building the mini table to mount it on, so just cut a wood board to size and said Screw it I'll do it later. So dropped on a nice 1/4hp embraco, a 120mm cube condenser (fan not on yet) rigged up 4-5 feet of 1/4" tube into a nice vibration killing desuperheater, didnt feal like wrapping the capillary on this one (Im going to tighten up the coil with some zipties later and shift is a bit). The hx is 1/2" inside 3/4" and is just a straight shot thru. Didn't feal like going all out and am just going ot use this for a bit of a ghetto-chill till I ever feal like revising it.

Going to charge it once I figure out this damn wiring schematic. But here's some shots of the finish product before insulation.

It looks like a chemical weapons factory...

Just what I was going to say.

Don't those things use up heaps of power and are dangerous to the environment?

Forumer with interests and time to work on em. My course worked (didnt take a course) included reading a 87 page manual (i got 30 pages thru) then I took the online open book test @ www.epatest.com and just used the find/search function thru the entire manual.

:)

I gota say, I don't have a clue what that stuff is but it looks mad!!
