Cheapest CPU + MOBO you would go

So I am migrating my haswell i5 + GTX 760 rig out of my shinobi into a C70 so I can save myself some money and move it between houses. For this to take place I need to build A system in this shinobi that will "make-do" for skype, facebook, youtube and the odd game at low using a cheap GPU if i buy one. What is the lowest you would suggest going with processor and motherboard? I already have 4gb of DDR3 and I can probably use my current PSU but what processor and motherboard would you suggest for AS CHEAP AS POSSIBLE whilst still being able to game. I considered APUs but but dont really know anything about where the sweetspot lies. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

P.S - It needs to be able to survive with light usage for about 2 years. Heavy gaming at the weekend will be using my rig that is in my sig(Going to get a second 760) and this will just be for 6PM to midnight general browses 2 or 3 times a week where there isn't much point me bringing a heavy PC around.

Well if it is just for browsing and youtube then an A8 or A10 apu would do you fine. Any decent motherboard will do as long as you do not plan to overclock the balls out of it. Also then next gen APUs(Kaveri) will be released on Jan 14th so may be worth a wait if possible?

I would advise going for a 280x CF over a 760 SLI setup.. more performance and just barely more money(at least in the US), then again at 1080p a 760/280x single config is more than enough.

Why not get a laptop? I know two PCs are cool and all, but honestly, a laptop might suit you better. There are plenty of laptops with dedicated GPUs, if you ever feel the need to game, or laptops without, that are still very powerful for normal 2D use. For example I paid 400€ for an ASUS laptop with a GT 540m inside, which I still frequently use to play Borderlands 2 or Battlefield 3, sometimes even Arma 2.

As for gaming motherboards: All motherboards can be used for gaming, you shouldn't find any resistance there, just make sure it has a PCIe x16 slot (if you're going to use a dedicated graphics carrd) and supports your cpu and ram. (If you want to overclock, this is another story, but even then, its mostly chipset related).

Processor: Probably any low end i5 or high end i3 would do you fine. (I can't speak for AMD low cost processors, I have no experience with them).
