Cheap way into Watercooling?

Was just looking through eBay listing in watercooling and found a possible beauty for the money (well minus the tubing and maybe the pump ^_^). Anyway thought I may as well share with you lot and was just wondering what you thought to used watercooling parts?

Used Parts are not that bad at all. You must be carefull what the Ebay-dude ?has had? for Liquid in his System. If theres any Color involved you better be flushing the S*t out of the Parts =)

My entire cooling system bar gpu block was bought off eBay, no problems other than my own mistakes. Definitely research and research again :) same with planning, plan and replan :)
Click link in sig on how I built mine for ideas

I can tell you for a fact that everything in my water cooling loop, except the GPU back-plate was bought used. So I say that there is no problem using used parts.

The same laws apply for purchasing parts though, make sure everything will fit into your case, be sure it is a known brand etc (so you don't buy anything you can't use). Also as Rogster said, PLAN PLAN PLAN.

You can save a boat load of money using used water cooling parts, just be careful.

I'll leave a link to my current build log if you want any ideas or tips, feel free to ask questions.

If you're looking for entry level WC, used stuff is usually well taken care of.
I preferred to buy my used parts separately though, not as someone's entire rig.
I got my EK DCP 2.2 for $25 USD on ebay :)

You bought used tubing and coolant? Okay.

I didn't buy those used. I wouldn't risk used coolant or tubing, not unless it was my hose or coolant originally.

My current build is using coolant and tubing from my previous build, but it was built only a few months ago as new with mostly the same components.

By all the parts being used I meant water blocks, radiators, pump and most of the fittings.

lol Seeka was being facetious mate, don't take the bait :P

I wouldn't dare
