cheap matx board sli/crossfire

I have a sh*t load or parts left from prev builds 2 ssds, a silverstone sugo sg02 and 2x6770 and a few other things,any way I was looking at motherboards mostly intel after summit cheap just to run a basic sli/crossfire but it has to matx I dont mind if its amd just as long as its matx and cheap as I wanna run it in my sugo sg02.

Just Iv seen a few boards that say

1 x PCIe 2.0 x16 (running at x16)

1 x PCIe 2.0 x16 (running at x4)

I look at at my graphics card and it just says 1 PCIe 2.0 x16 nothing about what it should run at, so unsure if the specific boards are fine....

You want the one with the x16 electrical slot, not x4.

What CPU socket? I can look and see what's around, but a CPU socket helps.
