cat 7.11 & control center issue

well, the driver installed... but control centre has disappeared and i cant re-install it.

if i try to reinstall the whole package, or just control centre, i reboot and get a bsod.

i removed original cat drivers in safe mode with driver cleaner.

any ideas? i cannot change any settings for my graphics card

Try ATI tray tools instead, far more accessible and less bloaty.
