Caselabs release their new Bullet Case Line of PC cases

Hi

The mITX one is calling me even though I have a Caselabs X2M case. With a new GTX1080 and the right MB it would be an awesome small / transportable rig. Need to back away from the Caselabs site before I bend my credit even more and hit the Buy button.

I really like that they have gone with the bent aluminum top and bottom. Not your typical box that you see from them. I do think an AIO unit is the way to go here as a full loop would be challenging.

Thanks Mark for the excellent writeup

I am seriously seriously liking the look of the BH7. Tom any chance you'll be reviewing one of these bad boys.

Only negative I can see is the 80mm rear fan mounts but then I guess that's a compromise to keep the form factor smaller. Also the 2 smallest variations are SFX PSUs only

TBH the lian-li look nicer and you can see where your money went :p

i'm planning to go to M-ITX or M-ATX soonish

The Lian Li is a brilliant looking case, you can tell that they put a tonne of thought into designing it.

Caselabs would be so much bigger today if they had of brought out their cases in the EU a few years ago. There was a huge cry out for them back then.

Now others have filled that Niche pretty well.

It is great to see new cases from them, but I do think they would be in a much better place today if they had sold units in the EU.

the other problem with them is:

staff 1: "does it fit?"
staff 2: "no"
staff1: "make it bigger"
staff 2 "okay"

Oh my that white version sure is pretty!

They would have done much better tbh. But they probably don't sell enough to cover the costs of expanding into the UK/EU regions. It would probably only raise the prices of the cases once they did to help cover the costs in the end. It's really unfortunate too

Really? You should put that case side-by-side to a CaseLabs case and inspect both up close.

The execution on that LianLi is just bad. Very thin metal sheets, very flimsy. Especially compared to a CaseLabs case.
And for that poor build quality it definitely is way to pricey!

I think I've just found the case for my next build, just need to decide between m-atx or m-itx (oh, and get a new job to help pay for it, of course).
