Only carbon wrap with an adhesive backing I can think of is 3M carbon fiber wrap, pretty good as I've used a sample of it. If you google for 3M di noc carbon fiber wrap you'll find it

If you search for flamingwheels on ebay they do really good carbon fiber. I have used them many times they are really good.
