Can't pass bios screen

Hi last night I installed a corair h100i to replace the stock cooler i had been using. When I turned it back on I was shown this screen:

I can't get past it, i've tried 2 different keyboard both of which turn on but dont do anything on the screen.

Ive never seen this screen before and dont know how to get past it.

All help will be greatly appreciated!

120GB Kingston SSD
1TB Seagate HDD
12GB Corsair Vengance
Amd-FX8320
MSI-990XA-GD55
Asus HD7950
Corsair CX750M

Yes mate - remember to power the rig down before pressing it though

Remember you will need to go into the bios and manually set your ram speeds etc dude - it wont just run at rated speed unless you do

Yea I had to do it when i first built it anyway
