Cant decide on MOBO for new x58 build

So I'm finally stepping up and building a new computer but now of course I'm debating between the parts. I have been looking at either the ASUS P6X58D Premium or the GIGABYTE GA-X58A-UD5, both boards have sata 6 and usb 3. I have always used ASUS boards but the Gigabyte seems to be more feature rich. I am going to be over clocking and already have a good watercooling loop ready for it. So basically which board will overclock better? Which is better for the cash, gigabyte is 40bucks cheaper? and most importantly which will be more reliable?

I don't think you can go wrong with either of those.

If the Gigabyte has more features and is $40 cheaper, I'd say go for that one.
