Try this one. I think you need to unzip it to C:\WINDOWS\System32

You'd probably need one of those resource editor programs for that. I think there's one called reshack that might let you do it.

nvm im trying some elegant coding .. as opposed to and ugly hack to get it workin on multi res screens (rite now my dual screens are givin gyp)
