I actually wanted to play the single player campaign but with the download being 246GB and my internet at best being 8Mbps it would take me the better part of a week to download it, I wish the head devs at Activision/Blizzard would give the option of downloading just the singleplayer, I have zero interest in multiplayer.
They have the option for it already... I believe PC has fewer options but can still be useful

I kinda like this game, but has anyone seen how much cosmetic DLC there is for this game? Like fair enough it'll be the games primary source of income and if they can get money that way it harms no one, but I can't imagine all of that is light on storage, and I guess everyone needs the downloads incase someone else has the cosmetics. Whether it's guns, stickers, characters, ect, quite a lot of it.
Admittedly the map is far more detailed now with far more interior areas, and it's great to see and keeps things kinda fresh, so I'm sure it's that too, but I feel like the cosmetic side might explain the constant growth, with the new content they have to keep adding for Battle Pass.
This game is a virus. It grows every time I start it. Which is a shame, because it's a decent enough game. But a single player should get to choose how much bloatware he has installed. All I want to do is play the campaign, not download an entire world I won't touch.
Well it's rather a problem on Blizzard's side and their launcher, because this functionality has been available on Steam until they switched to the Blizzard AppExactly what I've been saying for freaking ages but Activision doesn't listen to anyone other than 12 year old squeaking kids screaming down the mic on team chat who just want more skins.

And on that note of it being the primary source of income, is a joke. the game itself is is priced high and was even more extortionate when it released. You have digital deluxe versions and several additional DLC's. I can name quite a few games that have made many more sales and taken huge amounts of revenue without the need to monetise every single aspect of the game
