CableMod ModFlex DIY Extension Review

is there any issues with the wire/ pin orientation on the pre built kits for the PSU?
I don't seem to remember any mention of it in the other video? would have been interested in a couple of 6 pin extensions for my GPU but might just save and get the whole kit instead

Making a whole extension kit yourself will def. be cheaper than buying a kit from Cablemods, aslong as you only want the main cables (8pin gpux2, 8pin Cpu and 24pin)

"You could have if you were completely retarded and colour blind yellow purple and orange"

I actually burst out laughing at that :yelrotflmao:

Nice video now I can hide the hideous 24pin cable that came with my superflower leadex (my only gripe with the psu)

Pretty nice. Any idea on the prices?

Whilst I'm on this subject I just wanted to say something. About two years ago I bought a set of Gelid extensions and the 24 pin was incorrectly wired and it blew up an Alienware Area 51 ALX. This particular model had a starting price of £2500.

So I just want to warn you guys, please please make sure that you check any extensions you buy before fitting them and running power through them.

I know what happened to me is incredibly rare but it does happen. These things are usually made by children or women in factories and they're human and thus, mistakes happen.

I don't know about anyone else but i would like to see some coloured connectors to be available just to add something different to the mix.
