C&C 3 Demo - out tomorrow?!

I've just downloaded the "Warhammer 40,000: Dawn Of War Dark Crusade" demo and it is amazing

Deffinately better than C&C3, altho I might end up getting C&C3 just for single player, not sure.

I just get bored of Army type games for some reason.

No way, coming from a true warhammer 40k player, and one who does enjoy the 40k games, C&C3 is nicer. Campaign should also be awesome.

Campaign for 40k was too easy.

From playing both demos, I really like warhammer better for some reason. C&C3 seemed like there was something missing

i've been looking forward to this for so long just because its going back to its roots, i was a huge fan of the origional and red alert but then the series seemed to go downhill, Tiberian Sun was amazing bad and i didn't think much of generals.

its even got the dodgy acting in between missions which i loved in the first one, did everyone spot the actors? the guy out of starship troopers, sawyer from lost and that bird out of battlestar galactica. this should be amazing going off the demo, can't wait.

The graphics certainly arent what i was hoping for, even on full everything - but even the first mission of GDI (only mission on demo) the storyline is involving and HUZZAH for the ion cannon :yumyum: looks soooo good. Me wants to try NOD and Scrin now

I've just found out how to play as NOD on skirmish from the beginning and omg they are so fast and create so much carnage. They seem a lot easier than playing as GDI for some reason.

I love the flame tanks for taking down armies and buildings lol.

There are suicide bombers like in the other C&C's aswell lol, but the speed increase on NOD is devastating.

I think the ION cannon will ruin the game for multiplayer tho as you can get to full tech quite quickly

How'd you play as NOD mate?

all you do is select the team, click on the grey nod and push the N key on the keyboard then click again.

You can do the same on the opponent for GDI and also the attack type of the Computer Opponent.

There are some mental things on NOD. You can make a mech and make it consume tanks to take on their abilities. So you can have a 30ft mech with stealth, lasers and flames lol

NOD seem way more powerfull than GDI and even move & build faster, aswell as having a speed upgrade and stealth abilities.

But GDI counters with better and quicker Tech as well as much heavier armor throught. Not to mention the pitbull instantly kills masses of troops.

Ye I find GDI has awesome tech and you can amass some nice firepower pretty quickly

C&C are a gimme for high software sales, just like the FIFA/PES series and the management games.

Interesting what the game industry would look like if the, let say, top 10 `series` games were taken out of the equation. (for the pc that is)

Not sure if there's a bug or if I'm slow or sommit, but when I play as NOD vs GDI on medium+ by the time I have an army of soldiers and a few scout bikes, the computer has a army of tanks + air vehicles aswell as taking over a second tibirium place with about 4 harvesters in each site it's mental
