I saw something similar that happened in the Uk (but not as bad). Some bloke got fired from his job so he took a JCB out and just decided to drive around trashing peoples cars and smashing up the fronts of their houses.

Totaly off topic but a guy who lived in bristol was banned from driving his tank around the city because it messed up the roads... True story.

doesnt surprise me Ham, many years ago the military had an excersice in the neighbourhood and they had to pay for repairing ALL the streets around here including both one and two ruptured waterlines.

the street is basicly tarmac some gravel and then more or less mud about 10-40 meters down so they cant take much of a weight.

the heaviest vehicle around is the garbagetruck and those doesnt weight much.
