Aye, it's been snowing in Bristol for the last 10 hours or so.

I'm not too sure about cycling to work in the morning.

Yep same here, already about an inch and a half and still snowing. We've got a foot of snow in some places. I went to the train station this morning and it was chaos, almost every train was cancelled or delayed.

Yep and I just missed my parcel by 3 effin minutes. Gotta trek out in the snow to get it, that's a good mile walk. Gotta wait 7 hours!!!!

i feel bad for u guy's i just got up and looked out the window and the snow is almost totally gone here! :) we had a good load of good old scottsh rain last night all thats left if is the 3" thick ice sheets on the pavements

It's worse here because the authorities are inept when it comes to dealing with snow, I expect they know what they're doing with it in Scotland!

I got the day of school today, which is nice. WE had pretty heavy snow in the night, and it's still coming down thick. Had a good 4-5 inches so far...

Yup, snowing around Twickenham way... Couple of inches thick when it was ALL gone yesterday. Was waiting for my bus for 30 - 45 mins earlier and was pretty much a snow man by the time it came.

you would be wrong in that assumption mate they are just as useless up here 90% of the roads in dundee never got touched once, then in aberdeen the councils are gettin it tight cause they made such a monumental feck up of it

Snowed in again here too. Makes it that I've been to work 1ce in the last 4 weeks, not as great as it sounds.

Agreed mate. Luckily I can work from home, but that really does get tiresome after a while. I did manage to get in monday and yesterday thankfully.

well the snow's clearing up with me - largely thanks to about 2" of slushy wetness, so its just the associated layers of ice and carborundum left on our roads and pavements... Ah well, these things happen, but never for so long, or so prolonged!
