Never heard of this game until 2 days ago. No idea what it's about.

Not really. It's a Chinese dev, and almost 90% of the player base is from China. It's only natural that they want to make their game seem like the best thing since sliced bread. I wouldn't be surprised if the Chinese government had a hand in ensuring that the game receives such positive ratings.
